Ditec NEOS & NEOS+
For gates up to 1000 kg

Ditec NEOS is the operating device for residential, commercial and industrial applications, designed to work even under intense use and in demanding environmental conditions.
Fast to install and easy to maintain, it’s available in 4 versions for gates of 400 kg, 600 kg and 1000 kg and comes with a control panel with display built in to the operating device. Two different performance levels are available: Ditec NEOS and Ditec NEOS+.

Designed for commercial, industrial and condominium installations, it guarantees the maximum safety and reliability. The automation is available equipped with an innovative inverter technology based control unit.

Ditec TS 35
Telesopic solution for wing up to 3.5 m
Specifications
Ditec TS 35 is the new irreversible telescopic operator for swing gates for frequent use and residential applications. Quick to install, in just three simple steps: with the gate closed, fix the motor onto the pillar using the pre-drilled bracket plate, extend the telescopic arm and fasten it to the gate wing.
Ditec CUBIC
For wing up to 3.5 m wide or 600 kg

Concealed from sight, it’s the ideal automation system for gates where aesthetic appeal and style are important factors.
The range includes 230 V AC and 24 V DC versions. The 24 V DC models allow partial opening, speed regulation, soft start and soft stop. A fast model is available which opens in 6 seconds (to 90°) for pedestrian access up to 1.5 m. Mechanical limit switches supplied as standard, magnetic as optional. Various types of lever systems for opening up to 180° are available.

A complete series made up of 24 Vdc motors and 230 Vac motor: a 24 Vdc motor for wings up to 2.5 m (Ditec PWR 25), a 24 Vdc motor for wings up to 3.5 m (Ditec PWR 35), three 24 Vdc motors for wings up to 5 m (Ditec PWR 50 series) and one 230 Vac motor for wings up to 5 m.

The 24 volt DC motor and virtual encoder permit constant adjustment of the force of impact and immediate detection of obstacles. The ABS cover ensures good weather resistance and, thanks to the highly aesthetic finish, adapts to all sorts of installation contexts. The manual, key-operated release system is in an easily accessible position at the front. It is designed to house a remote release device and gear motor release signal micro-switch. Version with built-in control panel and optional back-up batteries.

Ditec QIK is a high performance automatic barrier, the synonym of durability: tested for over 1 million cycles, it has an opening speed of up to 2 seconds (to 90°) and blends in perfectly in any setting.
It is available in 3 versions: a 230 V AC versionof 3.5 metres and two 24 V DC versions for through passages of up to 5.8 and 7.6 m respectively. The encoder system on the 24 V DC models ensure fully safe use, allowing speed control and continuous adjustment of the impact force, as well as immediate detection of obstacles and slowdowns. The Ditec QIK range is fully compliant with European Directives.

Ditec DOR

MINIMUM SPACE WITH MAXIMUM FUNCTION
The automation system for industrial folding doors can move double wings up to 3 metres wide.
Fixed to a single wing, it opens and closes by means of a simple telescopic arm. It is fitted with a remote lock release system which always permits manual operation for emergency use.

Ditec DOR actuates folding doors with two articulated leaves, up to 1.5 + 1.5 m long: mounted on one wing only, opening and closing is carried out by means of a simple telescopic arm.
It is fitted with a remote lock release system which always ensures manual operation, if needed, in case of power failure. Dor automation is fitted with a lock release system with cord.

Ditec TOP is the latest generation automation system for garage doors; powerful, fast and silent and made with the highest quality materials. The range includes two 24 V DC motors and encoders of 600 N and 1000 N to control doors of up to 210 kg in weight and over 17 m2 of surface area.
The emergency release device, courtesy light (which can also be activated on command) and the option of installing further protection systems such as a safety rib, flashing light and photo cells make the automation system complete. Installation of the operating device directly on the ceiling allows safer movement and total clearance.
